Sounds like you are implying that they are subhuman, like animals.
They don't look similar at all. Somalis have narrow noses and a thinner structure, while Congolese have more robust features with more muscle and wider nose.

Here in the Midwest, they think all of Africa is in absolute poverty and turmoil and could not possibly be on the road toward development.
I got a lot of bug eye responses why on earth would a non-African solo traveller would want to go to Africa, unless if I had family over there.....
While it maybe true in certain parts of central and Eastern Africa are infested with disease and conflicts, a number of them are developing gradually and are nice places to visit which make tourists feel welcome.
