What, nobody's ever heard of "corn" as a "staple carbohydrate"?! Which is odd, considering it's in damn near
everything in western diets these days and generates most of our calories!
Oh, and corn is also the "staple" that's most full of
systemic pesticides (meaning they're the kinda chemicals that never go away and just travel throughout the food chain… but that's another topic)!
Why is Corn in Everything?
