I actually like wearing something that is a step up from what I would wear at home on a weekend, therefore I would stick with existing business casual. However I would eliminate any requirement to wear button down, long sleeve shirts. I hate the button(s) at the end of the sleeves. Even though I work in an office I can't concentrate unless I have my sleeves rolled up so I prefer short sleeve shirts.
i am in jeans n blouse, nicer shoes and when company comes nice slacks and nicer top and now that Im going to HQ, fully suited and pumps - you do in Rome as the Roman's do.

What's that? Enslave several continents and host massive public orgies including kids.
Jeans and capris. I vary jeans and capris with flats, tennis shoes and heels but I prefer jeans because it's casual. I always wear jeans and/or capris with nice blouses on the weekends so it wouldn't be slouchy for work.
13 years of parochial school, three years in the Army and 40 years on the LAPD, seems I've spent my entire life in a uniform. If I had my choice - jeans and a polo shirt.
I do dress how I want. I prefer to wear a skirt, casual jacket, boots or heels in cool weather and dressy sandals in the summer.
I love skirts and have a rather large collection.
Also, I believe dressing up helped me achieve advancement over other equally qualified employees back early in my career. I think I was viewed as more professional than my coworkers who dressed casual.
Well I wear scrubs to work and they are comfy but not very attractive. I would wear jeans, sneaks and t's for the rest of my life, I hate getting dressed up and refuse to wear heels, nylons or dresses/skirts. I have 2 pants suits for interviews and funerals/weddings etc. and that's it.
I had to wear scrubs my entire career, so I am enjoying clothing now in my retirement. I've never been a real casual person. I didn't own my first pair of jeans until I was in my 30's. Even then, I only wear jeans maybe once or twice a month.
