I prefer big companies because in my industry the small ones often low ball and pay terribly.

It would make sense to work at a big company where you can probably blend in more and maybe not have much direct attention if there's a large staff.

I think you are generalizing too much by asking if introverts prefer big or small companies. The important thing, it would seem, is the opportunity to work independently.
As long as I can do most of my work independently, make my own decisions, and have a door that I can shut when needed, I frankly don't care if the company is large or small.

It depends mostly on the job that I would be doing.
