I am goiing to guess like many of other Nordstroms associates, base pay, plus commission...

I should have mentioned that the one thing I do know is that commission is not involved.

And when you make commission you make the "big" money. Seriously. When i had a commission sales position at Macy's in Seattle I could make almost $800 dollars, take home, per month on top of my regular wages of 13 dollars an hour.

Im currently the Wedding suite customer coordinator at Nordstrom and I do not get paid commission. Only 12.80 per hour. Very boring job.

I can only hope you are not in a CA store at that rate and working full-time! Retail is cheap.
