Yeah, that might all sound well and good anecdotally as so many people like to do their weather, however, fortunately since the late-1800s, we've been tracking things like temps and precipitation amounts, and the last two years have been cooler / colder than average.

Does that signal any sort of long-lasting trend? Doubtfully. Just like the "warmer than average" years of the past few years before that didn't signal much of anything. Climate is averages. Weather is weather.
