I've seen it around, and it's in this thread several times. Felonies and the Oil Field.
The biggest issue with having a felony and working in the Oilfield is when you get into specialized job(s). If the job has you: handling, storing, transporting, using either radioactive or explosive materials - FORGET it if you have ANY kind of felony conviction. Outside of those instances it truly boils down to the company, the person and the felony. The only other real concern is if you are looking for a job driving equipment and if you have one or multiple DUIs, it can become an issue.
I want a job and I have a felonies I will work hard in any condition I am 190 lbs 5'9" and I have worked in foundries, landscaping, roofs hot tar and shingles. I would like to get started working in the oil fields. I have intelligence and integerity. If you know anyone willing to hire someone like me, please let me know THANK YOU
