I'm familiar with the Williston area, and energy companies...but, I'm afraid I've never heard of Dakota Williston Oil Corp . The closest to it I've heard of is Ward Williston. Is it possible that it is a Canadian company? Many oil companies use the name Williston in it, since it is in referance to the Williston Basin of North Dakota? Sorry.
I just read about a new company called the Williston Refinery company. They are looking at possibly building a new oil refinery in Williston. But this is probably not it either.
Does anyone know of this company and if they still exist or have rights in the area?
I have a stock certificate for this company and I am wondering if they still exist to. The certificate shows that is was incorporated under the laws of the state of Deleware.
