I'm a college student whose college library has terrible hours. I need a late night destination for getting papers written.

My ideal place:

is open very late
serves coffee/snacks
doesn't blast music
has wifi

Does such a place exist? Dripolator is nice but closes early, and the 24/7 coffee shop on Merrimon closed altogether.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Mountain Java on Merrimon is open until 10 or 11.

Caffeind on Fairview is the only real 24-hour place.

Also, try this:
Asheville North Carolina coffeehouses

There is caffeind which is 24/7.

Other options are the Barnes and noble on tunnel, on the weekend they stay open til 11pm. I think the starbucks near UNCA has/or at least use to have similar hours.
