Where do people rent from? Does any one use Craigslist or mainly a broker , newspaper?
My brother has a 2 br 2 bath in Delray he is planning to rent out and I'm wondering where to advertise.

Advice from an experienced private landlord
I would not suggest that a private landlord advertise a property for rent on Craigslist, the newspaper or anywhere else that is visible to the geral public. If your brother does not have any experience being a landlord, he can get himself in a lot of trouble not to mentioned being slammed by realtors, unsuitable tenants etc who will cram his inbox, telephone etc. Word of mouth, postings on church bulletin boards are best if he insists on doing this himself and not using a property management company or realtor. Just my opinion...

Yeah, most people use a realtor if they want it done quickly. If not they try and put it up on postlets, craigslist, condo.com etc.
