^^ What about Melbourne's lowest windchill for May 2010?
I do recall seeing stats for days with 35km/h (20mph) winds and chilly temps.

Wasn't really that windy of a month to be honest.

Decide for yourself I suppose

The 5th and 11th looked "feral" though;
14.5 C (58.1 F) and 14.0 C (57.2 F) respectively at 3pm, both had 31km/h (19.3 mph) sustained winds.

Vancouver, BC

Average high: 61.3F (16.3C)
Average low: 48.0F (8.9C)
Average temp: 54.7F (12.62C)
Max temp: 71.0F (21.7C) on May 14
Min temp: 39.0F (3.9C) on May 4th
Total precip: 2.11 in. (53.6mm)
Max wind gust: 41.6 mph (67 km/h)

On another thread, I had said it hadn't got past 70F so far this year but I was mistaken. This past month we got 2 days where it reached 70 or greater downtown and 1 day at the airport station... but it's still a far cry from where it should be

Sydney, Australia:

Average High: 20.6C (69.1F)
Average Low: 12.1C (53.8F)
Warmest Day: Max of 27.0C (80.6F) - 11th May
Coolest Day: Max of 14.7C (58.5F) - 23rd May
Precipitation: 168.4mm (6.63 inches)
Total Sunshine: 175.5 hours (average 5.7 hours/day)

If there was ever a good example of "two halves", we had warm, dry and sunny spells the first half, then cool, wet and cloudy the second half. Recutting the above figures by first and second half illustrates this:

First Half of Month (1-16):

Average High: 22.9C (73.2F)
Average Low: 12.3C (54.1F)
Precipitation: 4.0mm (0.16 inches)
Total Sunshine: 136.3 hours (average 8.5 hours/day )

Second Half of Month (17-31):

Average High: 18.2C (64.8F)
Average Low: 11.9C (53.4F)
Precipitation: 164.4mm (6.47 inches)
Total Sunshine: 39.2 hours (average 2.6 hours/day )

Where did you find your stats?
Do they have stats for Toronto's May 2010?

Max temp: 31.4 C (88.52 F)
I heard about that on the radio; it was a daily-record.
