I know its sad but thats life. I don't mean to sound selfish but I for one am glad I will not be there for the funeral as I don't think it would be too nice. But anyway.

Surely if it was that cold you would have had the heating on in your house? Or does your house have no heating? Not that I would put mine on during the summer lol!
i remember putting heating on during summer numerous times... and i think in summer 2007 we had heating on pretty much everyday, and wearing winter clothes lol

We have significantly lower mins than you do in the summer and a local weather station recorded a 9.7c max the other day.
I know & that's worse! My duvet keeps me warm enough, even in the depths of winter
