Deformation band from Maine to NJ. Intense under there. Moved past me so I got a little break now.
Heading out to measure and shovel again.

Wicked storm. Winds are nuts.

Bump..it was CLEAR late night this storm had a west component just from the radar. Sometimes forecasters need to drop the models and look at whats actually happening. Western CT was forecast 6-8. Will be over a foot.

Jet Streams merging to put it simple. Polar Jet and Sub Tropical Jet "Phasing". Upper Low, Mid Level Low, Surface Low all stacked up like a Ballarina tightening up going faster and faster. Pieces of energy in the upper atmosphere injecting into it from the Pacific and Arctic.

It "snowed" yesterday up in Tallahassee. They call it "snow" but it is "snish" that Dickey Albert coined years ago. Ice pellets, not real snow. Whatever, it thrilled most people especially kids. Saw many tiny "snishmen" on the news last night.

Went down to 36° last night in North Port. These windows are not made to keep cold out. Touch them and they are so cold!

It's 55° right now but feels like 43°.

Wishing all my Mass_hole friends a safe time through this Grayson. These are the only times I appreciate living in SW Florida.
