lake havasu city has the best climate in the world. Comfortable summers with comfortable winters plus full on sunshine.

I've never actually felt 0% humidity, it occurs in the inland parts of southeastern Australia in spring, but the lowest I've seen in Melbourne is about 6%. Feels comfortable. 95F feels like a warm breeze, perfectly breathable and is no more uncomfortable than 80F with 95% humidity.

The towns with known histories of 0% humidity include:

Ceduna, SA
Tarcoola, SA
Eucla, WA
Mildura, VIC
Swan Hill, VIC

I'm pretty sure these are the only inhabited locations in Australia to record no humidity, but there are many more isolated stations where this has occured.

^^ if you happened to be in Adealide, then yes. In Melboune, we got cold fronts everyday and so practically missed out on the heat completely, like usual. We had perhaps 4 days of 100F, but MORE BELOW 75F during those 2 weeks, while ******* Adelaide got 2 straight weeks of 100+. Our nights were also very cold compared to Adealide, usually only around 55-60F, compared to those Moderator cut: word removed ' 75+

that week was an incredible letdown, and really, really typified Melbourne's Pathetic climate.
