The heat only lasted 2 days here. It's currently 57 and overcast. Cool, but pleasant as its dry and not windy. The high was 70 at midnight.

5:30pm my backyard station says its 87° outside with a dew of 65°. Just watered my shrubs. Truly feels like summer. Wow. Haze around too. No Cicadas yet though.

Jet stream flattening out but not enough yet for us here. Still 90s in NJ, NYC and parts of CT. 40s in Illinois and Iowa.

It got into the upper 80s today but now a storm is passing thru and dropping the temperatures. There's no thunder or lightning and only sprinkles, but it's cloudy and breezy.

lol. What else is new. Been repeating this all season. Goodbye spring. It's either cloudy and cool or sunny and 1000 degrees. lol

Only 3 full sunny days with max of 60s since mid April here. That's 3 on over 30 days.

On track for latest 90s on record with cool down into second half of June from what I can tell... jk... who knows but it's possible... topped out at 89. Tomorrow is last shot... this warm up was in reality rather an average run of the mill warm up, hell, normally may warm ups bring 90s... not this one.
