I had trouble sleeping last night because it was too warm and humid in my apartment. Had to turn the air down to 71 F (22 C) for it to be nice and cool.

I hate Mondays because for whatever reason I always get a ****ty sleep on Sunday night. I've been pretty groggy all day today. Coffee isn't exactly doing anything either.

I don't like Mondays as well. Saturday is my favourite day, I can sleep as long as I want in the morning, and I can feel relaxed, knowing that the next day will be Sunday
Tonight, when I was sleeping, I touched my arm with my other arm and I felt really SCARED! It felt like it was another person's arm. Wow!
I had a couple of occasions where I was falling asleep and got startled awake by the sound of my own breathing because my half-unconscious brain heard it and thought it was coming from somebody else
