Looking through all the pictures I took this summer and then stepping outside now just made me feel miserable. I can almost feel the 75F+ dew points through my fogged up camera lens in some pictures, but then the raw 40F air just brings me back to reality.
I'll be reviving the summer photo thread all winter long, there's a lot that I haven't posted.
At one point in February we had over 20 inches of snowpack on much of eastern LI. So I did this thing where I took a picture from my upstairs window in the same exact position every 2-3 days from February through April, and a couple more times in May as well. Then I compiled all my pics and made it into a slideshow by chronological order. It came out pretty nice: the huge 2-meter high snowpiles in my yard melted and gave way to a brown landscape which eventually turned green and flowery. I wanted to post it on the spring thread, but I was lazy to upload it at the time. Now I can't seem to find it...
That's funny. Andy Reid's team started 1-5 and is now on a 9-game win streak.
