So no frosts then. Well, two stations to the north of the White Mountains got cold enough.

Rather low dew points for June, 30s! Looks like coastal CT and NYC didn't have dew points that much different from me, radiational cooling was just less effective. The Long Island Sound prevented Long Island's dew points from dropping as much.

Mt. Washington auto road profile. Looks like it'll a great day on the summit, clear nearly calm winds and upper 40s. Supposed to cloud over and get breezy in the evening from tomorrow's rain.

Whoa, yeah, DPs on Long Island in the upper 40s and 50.

Sounding from Central New Hampshire. A 12 degree rise in temps within 700 feet above the surface. Freezing level at 11,000'

Holy christ at that Yakima forecast, that has to be near record-breaking for early June?




Overcast day today and somewhat cooler than normal, it's 85 F (29 C) right now. We have some very warm nights coming up next week. A couple of days with 78 F (26 C) lows.

Wow! 28F (-2C) in Saranac Lake this morning!

The coldest temp on LI was 41F, at FOK as usual:
