We're near the extreme cold max for the entire month (which usually comes beginning of June anyway I guess). But Pretty impressive and interesting to experience

Danbury CT near me 47° max. Records only back to 1998 and there was never 40s as a max in June

According to Mesonet at 12:05am last night the temp was 59F, so they may use that as the max temp for the day.

High still below normal, but better than it has been. ORD 70F, MDW 71F, only 62F downtown lakeshore. Mid 70's in the western suburbs

Still going.. Drizzling now. Looks like I'm on the northern edge of it and its pushing down.

Fire started again for heat.. Family members are pissed they had to turn the heat on

Pink dots are the normal max temps.. Our maxes last 2 days have been at or below our normal lows
