Wow! Was talking to someone in Maine saying they have the heat on and its not that common for them either in June.

Wind Chills in the 30s in some areas. IEM :: ME_ASOS Current Conditions

2pm EST temps. My Max is still 51F. That's unreal to see this time of year. At least in my lifetime.

A nice break from Summer.

^^ That sounds really nice.

Honestly, if there's no thunderstorms, it could be 15 F and snowing for all I care about during Summer.

Lovely day. I was able to eat lunch in my car, which was parked in what would not have otherwise been a shaded spot. I enjoyed the privacy for once. I even needed to wear a hoodie in the car. This is just crazy for June. Very nice reprieve from hot weather.

I'd love it if we could get this far in this year without going over 22C.

The last time Philadelphia had a high temp in the 50's in June was 1997. Not very common for us, but looks like our high for today will be 59F. Wonder if the cold AMO has anything to do with this.

Trenton, NJ max temp so far is 56 today (as of 6pm).. Last time staying below 58° in June was .... well, records only back to 1998 and it has never happened. lol

Philly max temp so far is 58. If that holds .... the Last time staying below 59° in June was .... 1946.

NYC 55°. Last time was 1982.

We're near the extreme cold max for the entire month (which usually comes beginning of June anyway I guess). But Pretty impressive and interesting to experience

Danbury CT near me 47° max. Records only back to 1998 and there was never 40s as a max in June
