Another day, another bout of thunderstorms coming.

...A FEW STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE ACROSS MUCH
OF SOUTHERN NEW ENGLAND BETWEEN 1 AND 9 PM...

SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE ALREADY BEGINNING TO
DEVELOP SOUTH OF LONG ISLAND NEW YORK THIS MORNING. EARLY DAY
CLOUDS WILL BEGIN TO GIVE WAY TO SUBSTANTIAL SUNSHINE BY LATE
MORNING.

THE MAIN THREAT FROM THESE STORMS WILL BE THE POTENTIAL FOR
LOCALIZED HEAVY RAINFALL AND DANGEROUS CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING.
HOWEVER..SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE. THE BIGGEST
CONCERN WOULD BE A LOCALIZED STRONG TO DAMAGING WIND GUST WITH
HAIL A SECONDARY CONCERN.

Watches for all of New England except northern VT. OBS's for Danbury and Nantucket. Mid 60s again for Nantucket and Groton CT.

Maine getting storms.

I see a cell developed south of Poughkeepsie and near Pittsfield which is Warned

Couple of weak ones developed in NJ. Otherwise still quiet West of the CT River Valley

In central NJ? It's only 80 here, although humid as well. Looks like we might get more rain soon.

This is the time of year where the difference between here and the airport (KISP) becomes more apparent. It's 78F here, yet it's 72F there.
