We got the ingredients in place, now we need the blender to make noise. I got fully clouds here and winds picking up. no sun = minus 1 ingredient for me.. Not much instability going to happen without sun. But too many other factors involved

Now that I can easily do comparative studies, getting out of the water on a sunny, dry and windy 31°C day definitely feels chillier than doing the same on a still, cloudy and humid 26°C day.

Edit... Whoops, you didn't say getting out "on" the water" like a boat. Lol but still maybe question still stands with the sun and temps being the factor? Then again, wind on you still wet maybe not
Went to post office.. My God. This is the summer I know of around here. Used to get these so many times. It's what makes you remember how summer is around here. Reminds me of being a kid a lot.. Like being in a sauna outside. Energy drained , headaces starting. Wow. Upper 80s with 71+° dew point and strong hot breezes.
Lucky. It's brilliantly sunny here right now. Temp: 91 F, Heat Index: 100 F.
