What kind of weird storm track is that . I usually see a snow amounts higher towards the northwest, and lower towards southeastern regions. This looks like someone brushed NJ with 3 shades of blue paint.
Lol. even more fascinating then where the heavy snow swath is , is the fact that the polar vortex just screwed me out of a good snowstorm. Lol!!
Mike75 in CT forum posted Ryan's video. Everyone should check it out and see what happened, what changed and what's happening.
Mt Holly puts 10-14" of snow for Southern NJ into Delaware and Maryland. Heads up if your in those areas.

South Joisey is getting hammered yet again. I wouldn't be surprised if Philly hits a monstrous 70" for the season. Take a trip down I 95 to snj's place and you will see lots of snow .

This winter hasn't been that impressively snowy for us. This may be another winter where south of us (northeast coast) gets more snow here.
1) How would I get total snowfall maps of the Northeast for the season?
2) My forecast shows a high in the upper 30s next Friday, low 40s Saturday. Is this the beginning of the end of winter, or just a short-term break? Certainly time, and those temperatures wouldn't atypical midwinter temperatures anyway. But with the stuck flow we're getting I feel like cold could come back and the GFS seems to suggest that. But eventually the longer days and sun strength will have to win out.
