Here are the temp departures in the Lower 48 every 7 days in May 2014 up until the 28th.

My favorite week in the month was the 3rd week believe it or not. I was around normal but seeing the big chunk of below normal temps down to gulf coast kept things interesting.

Lows for today. Looks like you would think of climo numbers south to north.

60s, 50s, 40s, 30s. Just the way the flow was and the cold front from the Northeast stopping around Delaware.

In fact it was only below normal north of Baltimore.

Too crazy not to post here either. Wow! Tornado in North Dakota captured on video looking straight up into it.

I thought I was cool in the 60s today May 29th.

Philly's max so far is 59°F while Pittsburgh 74F. Harrisburg 55F right now. 80s up to Canada. 90 in Winnipeg right now

I got full sun but man its dry!

Dry, Cool, breezy day with full sun here. Great day to split wood for upcoming winter....in the shade of course. . I have this shady canopy area I like to sit in when its sunny in warm months.

83F with brilliant summer sunshine now. Moderately humid a dew point of 64. That line of storms is a solid 90 miles north of me and I could clearly see the tops when I was out driving just a while ago, gorgeous.

So how does the dryness feel? Do you like it more than the east coast?

Reporter: Helsinki is shivering in 10C and freezing rain. How is the weather gonna be?
Meteorologist Ari Huhtala: Well, it really can't get much colder, can it?
Reporter: Ok, then.

Lets just say that for once I am comfortable in 85-90 F weather with the windows open .

The same temps with east coast dew points are oppressive.

But the constant lack of rain is really killing vegetation here.
