Still 24ºC / 75ºF at 11:45pm

A typical summer night here I should be drinking, barbecuing and partying with mates, but I have a 6.30am start tomorrow
A spectacular evening, but this warmth has bought a host of deadly RedBack Widow Spiders. I found about 10 laying in a network of cobwebs around my pool. Some of them are pretty friggin big aswell

Come summer, atleast 10 species of spiders, wasps, giant 30mm-long ants and incredible mosquito plagues will call my backyard home........YUCK

It's a beautiful 65 degrees here. Humidity is 89% and the dewpoint is 64%. Unusually high dewpoint and humidity for this time of year. It's a bit windy though~23-28 mph winds, but that's not unusual.

Still 68 here.
Today ( and last night) was some of the strangest weather I can remember in my lifetime. Lightming and thunder and a brief downpour ( .30 of rain)

For this time of the year in central Minnesota to get this warm, it usually takes a sunny , beautifull day.

Whenever yo get rain in October, it usually is a cold, miserable rain.

Today it was drizzling, dreary out, and unseasonably warm.

Strange ! ( very strange indeed)
