Anywhere in central Canada, north of Lake Huron, west of the Atlantic, northeast of the Prairies as well as some Rocky Mountain areas like the resort town like Banff, Alberta.

How cheap does it have to be?
-Average price of a home in Canada is probably $250,000 Cdn (now $255,000 U.S.)
-Beer will cost at least $22 for a case of 24 bottles, even the cheap stuff.

You can get homes much cheaper than that, maybe $100,000 or less, but you have to be in small towns and remote communities that are hours from any sizeable city.

at 12:44p.m we are sitting pretty at 56 degrees, sunny skies and birds are chirping just outside my bay window. The sky is blue and I am enjoying all the sunshine. Because...

SUNNY AND MILD SATURDAY....RAIN RETURNS LATER IN THE WEEKEND....

Skies gradually cleared today as high pressure moved into the northern Gulf of Mexico. With mostly clear conditions along with light winds, lows in the morning should fall to near 30 degrees. On Saturday the center of the high will shift eastward bringing our winds around to a more southerly diection. This will result in a warmup with most highs near 60 degrees. The southerly flow will also increase moisture resulting in a cloudy Sunday with rain developing. The warm front responsible for the precipitation is forecast to move north of the area on Monday and in its wake temperatures should climb to near 70 degrees. The warm and humid conditions will also provide a chance for showers and thunderstorms. A strong storm system is expected approach the region on Tuesday, and with a warm and unstable airmass already in place, thunderstorms will become likely. At this point in time conditions appear favorable for a severe weather event. We will monitor this system carefully. Drier and cooler air should filter in on Wednesday.

That sounds like a good forecast.

Ours usually varies from wet overcast days above freezing, wet overcast days below freezing (snow) and dry overcast days below freezing.

With or without rain, a 56-76 F forecast would be perfect for me right now, though I hope no damaging storms hit your place aiangel.

Thanks CC, I sure hope they miss those nasty tornado's as well.

We just do not have much winter anymore, but boy we have made up our rain deficit lately! From severe drought state to more than average rain. I'll not complain though. WE have needed the rain desperately.
