Voronezh, it's better than the other cities but still a bad climate for me.

I give an F to all... Russia has just awful climate almost everywhere exсept the cities which located near the Black sea.

Nizhnyj Novgorod does it for me, followed by Moscow and St. Petersburg.

Voronezh is a bit too warm in summer.

Voronezh for me. Summers are good and winters aren't too severe, sunshine is better as well.

Moscow. More precipitation in winter than Saint Petersburg which means more snow. Nizhny Novorgrad has more snowy days but maybe too much, and winters are just right in Moscow while Nizhny Novograd's winters are slightly too cold.
