Moscow. I hate tropical climates with no proper seasons.

May to October in Bangkok just looks horrendous

Bangkok is too warm and humid while Moscow's average winter lows are a tad colder than I like and the record lows are way too cold. Bearing in mind that records may Happen once in a lifetime, I still vote for Moscow by a small margin just for the variety. However, if your asked me to choose between Bangkok and a Siberian climate, I'd pick Bangkok over the brutal cold of Siberia. 20F is fine; -40 is not.
