I love winter and the last 2 have been awful with 2011-12 not even being a winter at all. Last year was a back loaded winter that gave the southeast a few decent snows...so with the law of averages being in play I am hoping this one will be cold and snowy...and at this point I will be happy with an average winter!! I was hoping for a great fall but everyday my dreams are getting crushed when we are still seeing 80's in October! Maybe that is normal for the south since I have only lived here for 3 years. I knew Sept was one of the hotter months in the summer but October always seems to be warm too.

Ireland as a whole you assclown. And no I have never experienced a winter in your area but as I said I live less than an hour away from a climate with -4°C average winter lows, something which is not found anywhere on your island, so stop bragging about your pathetic 1/6°C oceanic winters Prove me wrong with actual data, something you rarely do, 'babe'

Let's not be too paranoid or too complacent but ready for what ever. Keep your eyes to the sky, ears open and legs ready to haul hind parts. God for got so stop worrying.
