we remain in the 12-15c realm these days, with a bit of wind. Went walking along the river down the hills in the late afternoon, and while it was close to 30c, it never felt uncomfortably hot or stuffy. It even felt perfect in the shadow of the trees.
Next week every day should have a low at least at 20c and most days should reach 35-37c. I am pretty sure it is gonna feel much hotter and that the dewpoints will join summer level.
I can feel a difference in dew points at low temps if the temps are low as well. There's a definite difference between 35 F with a 35 F DP vs. 35 F with a 10 F DP. If the temp were say, 85 F though, it would be hard to tell the difference between 35 F and 10 F. Both are bone dry.

Ditto
I'd add that a 35f dewpoint right now here would feel bone-dry. DPs in the low 50s in the summer feel quite dry (although nice) to me.
Dewpoint reached 22.2C here this afternoon & now the night time minimums seem to be sticking above 20C the aircon is going on in the bedroom for the first time tonight
A 35 F dew point here in June would be unthinkable even low 50s would be very rare. Indeed, both would feel very dry to me as well.
I've noticed in drier weather the sun feels harsher and the temp in the direct sun feels hotter vs. humid weather, but in the shade it feels nicer.
I like the dry harsh sun, that's the feeling of summer to me. I think the sun beats my head more if there's humidity / haze.
35F dewpoints are also extremely rare here in the summer, they're not even that common until we reach early winter to be honest, when the temp is in the 30-40s.
