Yesterday the dewpoint hit 45F for the first time in a few months. I thought it would be pleasant, but for some reason my throat felt really aggravated and my thyroid (or lymph nodes or whatever) felt really swollen and I thought I was gonna get sick. I guess I had acclimatized to the single digit dew points, so my body didn't feel natural in that unusual humidity and warmth? This is my hypothesis, at least.

Current dews. Back to being bone dry here, just the way I like it. Humidity extending all the way up MN.
Today felt very fall-like, mild, sunny, breezy, and dry. But it was much more manageable than those negative dew points we had last month that made it feel like the Gobi Desert. I was constantly thirsty, and cold.
Dew point is 62 F (17 C) here under cloudy skies. We have gusty W winds right now at 18 mph (29 kph) so it looks like a storm is coming in....but looking at the radar it's not.
