Breezy and dry conditions may pose an enhanced risk for fire danger today for some areas. Humidity levels are expected to drop into the upper teens and lower 20s this afternoon

I think I prefer a single figure dew point, a negative dew point is too dry.

DP is a muggy 76 F (24 C) right now here, with a temperature of 82 F (28 C) creating a heat index of 89 F (32 C)

Now dewpoint of 77F/25C and a special statement for "frequent to excessive lightning". We'll be lucky to see that one time in July.

Another afternoon in the upper 50s, but this time DPs were around 40F (5C). Still brilliantly sunny but more comfortable and breathable.

Current Dewpoints. Couple that with temps in the 80s = Red Flag Warnings.
