Moscow has cooler summers and snowier winters...so I'll take Moscow, even though, in general, I prefer the Dwx precipitation pattern.

Moscow, a lot snowier. Beijing's pollution and dry winters would drive me crazy.

Beijing !!! No hesitation at all. Much warmer for much longer, much sunnier, and has proper summers.

Actually, I was in Beijing a few days ago, and it was incredibly warm for April - we hit 30°C one day!

Everytime I went to Beijing (alright, always in spring!) the weather was delightful, European-summer-like with 25-30°C highs, 10-20°C nights and abundant sunshine.

Moscow's summers are far more pleasant, and Moscow actually has a good winter with a lot more snow than Beijing. It can also get a lot colder in Moscow.

So Moscow it is.

Somehow I don't like either but reluctantly chose Moscow

Moscow is kinda like Montreal but worse.

Beijing....cold too dry winters and hot too humid summers,
only spring and fall are ok, just the the thought of living there is depressing

Moscow. I'm a little surprised by the data. The 2001-2011 Moscow averages are actually a bit warmer in the summer than I would like.

Give me a break, how can Moscow really compete with Beijing?
