F, it's way too cold and summer is too cool and short.

B-, too cool/cold year-round. But it's still a nicely continental climate.

An A grade from me. Summers are decent (albeit somewhat too hot), Winters are good temperature-wise, with the right length and intensity of good weather, and the annual precipitation doesn't look bad, although it could use a bit more precipitation. Springs and Autumns look right as well. Precipitation looks rather even throughout the year although there is a peak in Summer. This place likely gets a decent amount of snow during the Winter, although I wouldn't describe the likely figure as all that snowy.

It's actually quite similar to Thunder Bay, Ontario, which I have also given an A grade to. The only significant difference is the record highs are lower and precipitation is more even in Perm.

Sunshine hours are apparently about 1800 per annum, which isn't too bad, all things considered: Perm Climate Guide, Russia (Europe) | World Climate Guide

F+ for the okay summers.

A-. I would've given it a lower grade if this poll was around a few weeks ago because of its cold winters, but after experiencing 0F, it's not as cold as I thought it would be. Still colder than I'd like it to be, though.
