How many thunderstorms occur here?

If it's a lot, then A.

I'll give it a D despite the awful summers. Fairly low sunshine and cool enough winters save it from an F.

Those winter record highs are surprisingly low. The average high for January here is 35 F, but the record high is 71 F.

Meanwhile, this are the records highs for BA in every month. Not too high in the summer (considering BA has very hot summers, it never got to be more than 110 f here) but very high in winter. Consider we do have a "little summer" inside every August right after "Tormenta de Santa Rosa" that always rise temperatures and sometimes it gets to be 30 celsius. This happen every year. Its also not uncommon to reach 25 celsius every June or July a couple of days.
With this record highs, BA seems like Singapore or something.
Comparing it to Paris, cant believe the diference.

January: 43.3(109.9)
February: 38.7(101.7)
March: 37.9(100.2)
April: 36.0(96.8)
May: 31.6(88.9)
June: 28.5(83.3)
July: 30.2(86.4)
August: 34.4(93.9)
September: 34(93)
October: 34(93)
November: 36.8(98.2)
December: 40.5(104.9)

It's 48°N and not far from an ocean and rather cloudy in the winter.

I'm more surprised that Buenos Aires can reach 83°F in July.

But BA is 34 S, its not that is very far from the equator or anything.

Warm weather temperatures in winter in BA are not uncommon. Actually, i would go as far as saying that there are "heat waves" every winter.
