Hello all,

Anybody here have any insights on the hi-rise condos (Sterling/Gallery) in Rockville Pike? I've been thinking about buying a unit there... I remember thinking a few years back that we couldn't afford the price that they're asking. But looking at the price for the units being sold now posted at MLS, it looks like it has just come within our price range (even if it is on the high end). Been wondering whether it's a good building or not....

You might want to post on the Maryland board.

I haven't been inside them, so I'm curious how they're built too. I have noticed that there seems to be a pretty high turnover in the building, so maybe there were lots of investors?
