Hey Gamers, Need help! (create, best)

Ok here it is I was helping my son get through levels in his Ds game
"Chaotic-Shadow Warriors" I am on level six..and trying to get all the players down to the lower 4 crank turny thing. But it is hard because one player has to stand on a button for the wall to stay open. If that player moves then he/she is stuck? Ok I got frustrated when I couldn't help him. Any advice gamers?

best bet is to google the game itself. sometimes players create detailed blogs/walk throughs that can get you through a game
