I love Morningstar black bean burgers! I also like their sausage links. I cook the links in the microwave in a bowl with just enough water to cover. They absorb some of the water and get plump and juicy.

Have you guys tried MS's fake chicken fingers and mini corn dogs? Man they're sooooooooooooo good. The only thing I don't like is the fake hamburger crumbles. I tried it in spaghetti and it just tastes weird.

I don' thave any personal recipes but I've noticed a few restaurants that I've gotten black bean burgers, they've also been occasionally mushy. Went to SmashBurger and got one and it was good but mushy, just like yours.

I had them twice at restaurants and they had texture like meat burgers and were delicious. Wonder if MS would email me their recipe and cooking instructions
