Virginia Beach has multiple Burger Kings and Starbucks. This city has neither, although BK will expand there in 2013 and there are two stores selling Starbucks (but not Starbucks-owned locations).

ETA: Clues: Home to a minor league baseball team with a non-traditional name that produced a hall of famer who is perhaps best known for hitting over 500 homers as a switch hitter. A very long highway passes through town but the speed limit is 35 mph throughout - this road is for enjoying the scenery, not for speed.
