Palm trees, 80s Crown Victoria in parking lot. No traffic. Few pedestrians. No mountains on horizon. Uninspiring design. I'm going with Bumf**k, TX :-)

I'm not sure the palm trees are permanent, they could be stored indoors during the winter. Just in case they are permanent though, I'm going to go with somewhere in the Caribbean.... Nassau? That logo on the right belongs to a bank that doesn't really operate in the USA.

It's really not much of a skyline, a ground taken photo of two buildings in downtown...not much to go on.
