I've lowered my choices down to Perth and Gold Coast, because everyone else guessed what I would have guessed. Let's see, it's probably not Perth, that skyline is taller and more compact. This city seems to be a cluster of medium sized buildings. I definently remember seeing that tall one somewhere, but I'm not sure where it was. So I'm just going to go ahead and say Gold Coast. I'm probably wrong though...

I wish we could stick to American cities. I only know a couple of foreign city skylines.

but we would have run out of american cities by now probably. plus the international cities are fun.

Its Toowoomba in Queensland, I certainly hope im correct becuase i went to school in the city.

One of the balloons is saying FLOOD and I think Toowoomba got massive flood in 2011.

There are hundreds of American cities around 100,000-200,000 people with a decent skyline.
