Not Riga. Riga is a lovely city. Very flat topographically, with lots of pointy Protestant churches. I was fortunate enough to visit it in the late ‘80s, just before the fall of the Soviet Union. Saw one of the first mass anti-Communist protests. Our “minders” were totally freaked out about what we Americans might think about such insurrection... giggle, giggle.

City pictured is a coastal one, and also on a river, so that’s a commonality.
