Dangit. I have seen that somewhere in the past few years, it's Texas, that building looks like a big black grain elevator (what my wife said it looked like). There's a loop around the city. Longview?

Or Willis Tower now... I was in Tyler 3 years ago, stopped by from Shreveport to DFW area, and I thought it was like the Sears/Willis Tower, but wife thought it reminded her of a grain elevator in her home town.

Surprisingly small downtown for a city its size.
