I should have been more precise in my wording. What I meant was, if I had shown the dome in the view, it would have been a giveaway.

Yep, San Diego it is! I took it a few blocks west of Balboa Park, from the exit to downtown from I-5.

That round building was at one time the Hotel Aztec, if I remember correctly.

Been to San Diego a lot. Honeymooned there, then was stationed about two hours north, and when I lived in AZ it was an annual occurrence. Now my sister lives nearby so even more times to visit.
