That's Raleigh but it's not the 70s. The dark red brick BofA building (on the right) was completed in 1985. I think it's actually very close to 1990 based on what appears to be a crane for the BB&T tower in front of the Sheraton Hotel.

This is just a reminder of how tiny Raleigh was just more than 20 years ago.
