That would be Yellowknife in the Northwest Territories. One the most isolated skyline in North America (along with Anchorage)... there's just two roads, one that basically goes out into the middle of nowhere and before too long becomes an ice road and another heading to connecting it to the rest of Canada with the closest significant city being Edmonton 950 miles away...

I'm guessing this is a city in interior China, either Xian or Chongqing (although the sky seems remarkably clear of polution haze for a Chinese city).

I think i know that skyscraper in the background with the two antennas . just cant think of the name of it
