I have personally seen the site myself and had doubts to begin with, and then talked to an ex-employee who told me there were many unsafe operations in the plant and that was why he left after 10 months.
You're right; second hand suspect reporting will not be good enough. If I only had this local offer and turned it down, then it would be very different. The fact is that it's just one of the two offers I turned down, and I did accept another job offer at the same time, which is a better opportunity for me but just takes a little bit longer to start due to the COVID-19. I think it would crazy to disqualify UI just because I went with a better job offer and turned down the worse offer which might get me started a few week earlier.
Btw, any suggestions on where to find regulatory inspection reports or ambulance responses?
Thanks a lot!
