My original claim benefits just ran out and I got my last check for $368. It says remaining balance is $10 on my claim, so do I claim for that money in two weeks or does that mean I have exhausted my regular benefits and will move onto tier 1 upon determination?

Both. You have exhausted your state benefits. Claim that week. Your state will move you to Tier 1 and payments will resume as normal, assuming your claim qualifies.

Keep claiming.
