Not always good news, really not news, but it's been slow, so I'll post anyway. Numbers reflect just a few less houses closed compared to a record year in 2017.

Yay, that does sound good. I was just thinking the other day that Tyler needs more high school options. And I like that school's focus on college prep and the arts.

I think this is a bomber for Tyler. I doubt anyone comes in and develops this land anytime soon.

Yep, not surprised, however, just maybe there is hope, I think, not sure the "wrapping" on the sales package, this time, seems to be different?

The infrastructure is there, and there's a lot of movement to the southwest and west of Tyler, so hopefully someone buys it - like the article says, the area is very accessible to major thoroughfares/highways and it's also close to all the development down Old Jacksonville. I think there is also a lot of potential for growth along Highway 31 West.

Tylerites need to move southwest and west with development - the south toward Bullard and Flint/Gresham is getting too congested in my opinion, though there is a lot of land around Loop 49 that can be developed. But it's off a toll road and that puts some people off, I realize that.
