LOL.

Munch was older than anyone else, but in watching old episodes......the writers really gave him quite a few lines that cracked me up.

The December 8th, 2022 episode will be the last new SVU episode for Kellie Giddish/Amanda Rollins:

We now know that she's not going to leave by dying on the job.

Because of the World Series/Playoffs/end of the regular season, and a few other things, I'd missed the last four of all of the Law & Order shows. Over the last 2 days I caught up (binge watched).

In part of one episode, Carisi arranged through a friend of his for Rollins to give a talk to students at his law school alma mater, Fordham University.

In a susbequent episode, Rollins walks into Carisi's office and Carisi is uncorking champagne (Rollins didn't know why).

Carisi tells Rollins that there was such an overwhelmingly positive response to her from the students at Fordham, that they are going to be offering her a job.

After that, without Rollins saying anything to anyone, both Fin and Benson have called to her with the 'professor' moniker at least once each.

The actor (Terry Serpico) who plays Chief McGrath on SVU (Olivia's current boss, next up the line) played a U.S. Coast Guard commanding officer who was a perp/found guilty of the rape of an Admiral's daughter (who was an Ensign) in an 'early Rollins and Amaro season' (after Stabler retired, but before Cragen retired) episode.

They should retire this show and maybe reboot in a different city.

Do you remember Law & Order: Los Angeles? I am sure those who make production decisions do.

Meanwhile in Manhattan thy have a 65 year old Sergeant Ice-T in the Bronx, although I remember in an episode he said that he was a Ranger at Mogadishu when the Black Hawk went down. Was he lying to work a witness or was that the actual character bio to slice a decade off of Fin's age?

He's only 64. Compared to Joe Mantegna on Criminal Minds he's just a kid.

That was mentioned in previous seasons.

Fin is supposed to be 3-4 years younger than Ice-T.

The character was 6 years old during the riots that followed MLK Jr's assassination, so was born in 1961 (after the riots and had yet to turn 7) or in 1962.
